Customer focus through personal contactOur industry's major trade fairs are one of the most important tools of business-to-business communication for us. We can actively put our philosophy of customer-focused business into practice by participating in these venues. Trade fairs provide us with the opportunity to interact with our regular customers, to meet and acquire new customers, and to initiate new sales channels or present new products and services. Of course, we look forward to seeing you, too, at our trade fair booth!
