Returns

Please complete the returns form in full.

Indicate the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. Please send the completed form via the web shop (for customers with access) or by email to retoure[at]industriehof.com

Please include a copy of the form in the return shipment (this will help us to identify the returned goods)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs using their preferred carrier

Warranty

Download the warranty claim form (PDF) and complete it. Indicate the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. Email the warranty claim form / collection request to technik@industriehof.com

Please include a copy of the note in the parcel (this makes it easier for us to identify the returned goods). The package will be collected by courier or by our transport partner.

It may take a few days to process your return. Thank you for your understanding.
